My journey to finally lose the weight. I have to say the miracle has happened. I had my physical yesterday and my blood work came back fantastic. I am no longer in danger of diabetes as long as I continue on the path I am on. My cholesterol, triglycerides and all those numbers were fantastic. The doctor was pleased and I was too. It has been almost a year and I have truly changed the course of my life.

The busier I get the less profound my thoughts. The less profound my thoughts the less I am inclined to share them.
