The surgery took place three weeks ago and I have been home for one week after some 10 days in acute rehabilitation in the hospital. My recovery seems miraculous so far I took my first steps only hours. I look forward to a much improved, normal quality of life in a matter of weeks and hope to be driving again soon as well.
