Saturday, November 13, 2010. Genesis 1-5 God the Creator, God the Bully? My husband, son and I made it through the first 5 chapters of Genesis and I was pleasantly shocked that we enjoyed reading it together. What I thought would be a boring half hour of reciting bible verses was actually a lively discussion! In fact, instead of sounding like a wonderful deity to be honored, in the first several chapters of Genesis, God is made out to be a big bully. Why does he need to rest? Where did god appear from? .

Sunday, December 4, 2011. Another week - A New Project. A baby afghan will be this weeks project. My friend Judy is having her first baby, so a perfect gift would be a cozy baby blanket. and I hope to be able to help spoil her. I found a crochet pattern that I thought would be perfect, so I spent next three days crocheting away. S time to start all over, and this time I found a knitting pattern that fit my needs.
