Friday, November 13, 2009. Today is the first weigh in day for a Biggest Loser competition among myself and 8 other ladies. friends and friends of friends who want to lose weight for the last 8 weeks of the year. I am happy to report that I lost 4. 3 pounds in the last week. I am so excited! I decided to post a picture at this weight so that I can compare it as I shrink over the course of the next few months.
