When logic is tied in knots. I subscribe to a website entitled govtrack. And every week I get a list of all the legislation that is starting up or about to be passed in the House and Senate. Just last week I got my update email and I skimmed it as I usually do. Then, one bill caught my eye. To me, this just sits as wrong.
