We had so much fun climbing up rope walls, walking in 3 feet of muddy water, and army crawling in a foot of mud! Girls cannot wait for the next one! Time is just flying by, we cannot believe Gavin is already 4. He is growing up to be such a wonderful, sensitive, caring young boy. What we live for! .

Sunday, April 25, 2010. Brittany and Brittney Tidwell do a scripture class every week and this week it was Jonah and the whale and all the kids were told to get in clothes that can get wet because we were using milk cartons to make whales and they had to catch water balloons in themand well.

4 hours, 11 minutes and 47 seconds of pain, exhilaration, agony and ecstasy! 700 miles training, 6 months of going to running clubs religiously twice a week, hundreds of pounds spent on physio, sports massage and chiropractic, two pairs of trainers, countless Saturday mornings spent plodding the roads for hours on end, all summed up in just 4 hours, 11 minutes and 47 seconds on Sunday 22nd April 2012.
