Thank goodness I worked out on the cruise or it would have been 2 weeks off rather than one! It was a tough workout, but it felt really good working out again! I admit, though, that I felt really weak, especially once we got to the cardio intervals. Mondays are always hard for me, so hopefully Wednesday will be better! 6 weeks to go, so it is time for the all out push to the end! Dinners .
