I realise it was Halloween yesterday and am quite frankly wondering whether the content has been stolen by mischievous witches, elves and wee folk. They even have photos! They were uploaded from here and somehow have disappeared in cyber space. Off on a missing post hunt. Might have to delete them and start again.

Saturday, April 3, 2010. Ever since I started blogging for craftgossip. And my other blog, theglassstudionews. I guess because my focus is glass I tend to spend most of my writing time over there.

Where it was most honest. When the shape of your heart fits the shadows on your wall, and your face speaks the truth your mind only knows, your hands obey and your eyes hide nothing, spill truth. You will spill truth and no one, nothing, no other way will you feel more alive.

It was a truly trying year of trying to find my place outside of school, in my home and in this universe. Never has an turn of age meant so much or brought so much changes. In the year of 2014, I struggled and resisted, gave in and conceded only to fall deeper into resentment. Getting let go at a job you tried hard to understand and do well in was a major setback.
