Basically, I am a vegetarian who eats fish. My taste buds have been changing for awhile now and I have had to experiment with different fruits and vegetable recipes to keep my food interesting. My recent food crave has Avocados. I love them! The Guacamole recipe I found was traced back to the blog Gluten Free Mommy. I think I will be trying a few more of the recipes on there. Her blog is awesome! Juice of one small lime.

I came home this weekend to spend some time with my lovely parents and relax- it was so nice! I was a complete bum all weekend, but after being sick, it was exactly what I needed.
