Apple and Ginger Little Cakes. What did you do today? It was such a wonderful, sunny weekend. I had a cleaning frenzy on Saturday. And today I made apple and ginger cakeys and had afternoon tea in Hyde Park. I saw Pear and Ginger Loaf on The Kitchen Maid. So today I made little cakes. Or little mounds of delightfully, moist fruity goodness. Especially with a cup of tea, sitting in the sunshine in the park. Oh and I made this vegan.

But, most of the people I know call me by my first name. 8221; I said as I unsuspectingly picked up my phone. 8221; a sweet girl said on the other line. Wait a second, surely my sister told her that Mitch and I mere years ago were in college too.
