What I need to do more often. 8230;light up my room, listen to rag time music, sip a nice cup of coffee, and read the NYT. This is my coping mechanism, folks. There are many triggers to disordered eating for me, some more difficult to control and anticipate than others. This is one that I can easily eliminate if I just put my mind to it and practice.
