Tango is a great Argentinian style steakhouse nestled away in Arlington Center. Perhaps not quite a hidden gem, but a restaurant off the beaten path. I have eaten here several times and enjoyed each trip some more than others but each time the steak has been good. Essential to dining at Tango is a love of chimichurri sauce.

While planning our recent trip to Switzerland we had two choices of return flights; direct to London, or an 8 hour layover in Brussels. Never ones to turn down an opportunity to explore a new city, the layover was a no brainer. No More Living In The Shadows.

Monday, December 14, 2009. Potato pizza was something introduced to me 3 years ago by a coworker. This is an Italian dish that is equally as good as its tomato sauced counterpart but not as well known. It is easy to make, great for sharing and aesthetically pleasing. I made this twice over the weekend and it was a hit amongst my friends. Salt, pepper to taste.
