The abode had been abandoned. For years the house stood stagnant. By the salty breeze and gull spit. But liberation arrived one evening. A light house keeper and his dog. Stumbling along the rocky coast.

Or at least I say that. Am I telling myself this or am I just signing my own death wish.

With a nickel in hand, I could rule the world alone. As life went on, the nickel was only change,. Loose coins were a nuisance, dollars were my range. But somewhere along the way, with not enough to earn,. My dollars fell short and my financial outlook took a turn.
