Double Darn caps are designed and hand sewn in Portland, OR out of the finest materials available. Each cap is lovingly made by hand, which produces a unique fit and style. The brims are reinforced with a flexible interfacing and are slightly longer than standard caps to keep the rain or sun out of your eyes. Double Darn is owned and operated by Misia Pitkin. She is a Portland native, graduated from the Pacific Northwest College of Art, and has been sewing cycling caps since 2007.
