I was using my fitnio app to track my walk, however the GPS functionality failed around the 2. 8 mile mark, resulting in having to manually track my route on Google maps. Due to my fear of dropping my iphone, I was carrying it in a fanny pack which may have hampered the clear view of the sky needed for the GPS to function.
