Monday, July 19, 2010. I am blogging about a fast I am undertaking. I wanted to write about my day to day experiences while I go. My plan is to fast for seven days while only drinking water and tea. I was really afraid to fast because I hate being hungry. Those that know me, know that very rarely have I ever denied myself of food when I wanted it. The first day was not really bad. I woke up feeling mildly hungry, drank some green tea, took a shower, got dressed and went to work.
