I have struggled with my weight throughout my adult life, have tried so many diets Weight Watchers, Slimming World, going to group, doing it online, and nothing has ever worked or helped me.

Girls Aloud glitz and glam. This week, I visited the MEN arena to see Girls Aloud get back together for their 10 years tour. As you can expect the outfits were short, sparkly and sexy. The iconic gold sequin dresses seen at the Brits for The Promise performance were switched up and changed to red and even the odd suspended could be spied on stage. So now my attention has been drawn to the cute little accessories for our fury frie.
