Generally I am very much a winter girl. I love the cold weather and the snow. I love bundling up in scarves and coats and I love watching movies with the heating turned up. Being all cosy inside, while outside is freezing is very satisfying. Cute sculptures on one of the paths we took. I hope you liked this photographs. They have really got me in the mood for spring. Wednesday, October 30, 2013. I recently discovered a quick and simple way to make your own custom herbal bar soap! You only need a few ingredients and basic supplies from your kitchen. Container to use as a mold. Cut the soap base into smaller pieces so that it melts easier in the double boiler. Once the soap base is melted in the double boiler, add about 2 teaspoons of herbs for every pound of soap and about half a teaspoon of essential oil.
